Our services include supply and installation of mini-split heating and cooling systems and related services for residential and commercial garage spaces.

All prices listed on this Site are base model pricing for standard single-zone installations and are subject to change without notice. Listed prices do not include upgrades, modifications required by site-specific conditions, permit fees where applicable, or any work beyond the standard scope of installation. A final quote will be provided following an assessment of your specific installation requirements. No pricing is guaranteed until a written service agreement has been executed by both parties.

5. Service Area

Garage Comfort LLC currently serves the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. Submission of a form does not guarantee service availability at your specific location. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area or beyond our current capacity.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

Submission of a contact or quote request form does not reserve a service date, guarantee availability, or constitute a binding contract. All services are subject to scheduling availability and execution of a separate written service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Garage Cooling. Perfected." tagline, is the exclusive property of Garage Comfort LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
